About StayReady

What exactly is StayReady? +

StayReady is an operations platform built for independent Airbnb and VRBO hosts. It handles the operational side of hosting — cleaning schedules, turnover checklists, supply tracking, maintenance alerts, guest messaging, and profitability dashboards — in one place. Think of it as the ops layer that independent hosts never had.

Who is StayReady built for? +

Independent hosts managing 1–10 short-term rental properties on Airbnb, VRBO, or both. Self-managers who coordinate their own cleaners, track their own supplies, and want to know what their properties are actually making. If you're running operations without a property manager and you've outgrown group texts and spreadsheets, StayReady is built for you.

Is StayReady a property management company? +

No. StayReady is software — a platform you use to run your own operation more efficiently. We're not a property manager, a booking service, or a co-host. You stay in control; we give you the tools to do it well.

When does StayReady launch? +

We're currently in active development with beta access coming soon. Join the waitlist to be among the first in and help shape what gets built. Early waitlist members get priority access and locked-in early-adopter pricing.

Features

What does StayReady actually do? +

Five core things: (1) Cleaning & scheduling — sync cleaner schedules with your booking calendar so nothing falls through the gaps. (2) Turnover checklists — property-specific checklists your cleaner follows so every turnover is consistent. (3) Supply tracking — set par levels for every consumable, track what gets used, reorder before you run out. (4) Maintenance alerts — log issues, assign repairs, track resolution before guests become your inspection team. (5) Profitability dashboards — see what each property is actually making after cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and platform fees.

Does StayReady replace my booking calendar or channel manager? +

No — StayReady is built to work alongside your existing booking setup on Airbnb, VRBO, or wherever you list. We handle the operational layer (turnovers, supplies, maintenance, profitability), not the booking and listing side.

Can my cleaner use StayReady? +

Yes. Cleaners get access to their assigned checklists and schedules so they know exactly what's expected at each property — without you having to brief them every time. The checklist lives in the platform, not in a text message.

Does StayReady handle guest messaging? +

Yes — StayReady includes guest messaging tools with templates for the most common host-to-guest communications: check-in instructions, WiFi info, mid-stay check-ins, checkout reminders, and review requests. Templates reduce the time spent on repetitive messages without losing the personal touch.

Can I track multiple properties? +

Yes. StayReady is designed for multi-property hosts. The Pro plan covers up to 5 properties and the Portfolio plan covers up to 10. Each property has its own settings, checklists, supply inventory, and reporting so you can see the full picture or drill into any individual unit.

Pricing

How much does StayReady cost? +

StayReady has three plans. Starter is free forever — one property, core features. Pro is $49/month for up to 5 properties with the full feature set including supply tracking and profitability dashboards. Portfolio is $89/month for up to 10 properties plus advanced reporting. See the full comparison on our Pricing page.

Is there a free plan? +

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for one property. It includes cleaning scheduling, turnover checklists, and guest messaging basics. No credit card required to start.

Do you offer a trial for paid plans? +

Yes — paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can explore the full feature set before committing. No credit card required to join the waitlist or start a trial.

Can I change plans later? +

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're prorated for the remaining days. No long-term contracts required.

Getting Started

How long does it take to set up? +

Most hosts have their first property set up in under 30 minutes. You add your property details, build your turnover checklist (or use one of our templates), set your supply par levels, and connect your cleaner. It's designed to be operational from day one — not a six-week implementation project.

Do I need to migrate data from somewhere? +

No migration required. StayReady starts fresh. If you have an existing checklist or supply list in a spreadsheet, you can import it directly. But most hosts find it faster to start from our templates and customize from there.

What if I only have one property right now? +

The free Starter plan is built exactly for that. Get your operation organized on one property, build your checklists, track your supplies, and understand your numbers. When you add a second property, upgrading is one click.

I'm not tech-savvy. Is StayReady complicated? +

No. StayReady is designed for hosts, not software engineers. If you can use Airbnb's host dashboard, you can use StayReady. Setup is straightforward, support is included on every plan, and there's no learning curve that takes weeks to get past.

Support

What kind of support do you offer? +

Email support is included on every plan. Pro and Portfolio plans include priority support with faster response times. We're building out a help center and video walkthroughs for common setup tasks — those will be available at launch.

How do I contact you? +

The fastest way is through our contact page. You can also reach us at the email in the footer. We respond to every message — no support ticket black holes.

Still have questions?

We respond to every message. No automated replies, no ticket system.
