Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is free for one property, forever. No credit card required. When you're ready to add more properties or unlock supply tracking, the profitability dashboard, and maintenance alerts, you can upgrade anytime.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you once a year at a discounted rate — equivalent to getting 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You can pay month-to-month if you prefer; just toggle to Monthly on this page before checking out.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want — changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you get a prorated credit toward the next billing period.
Do you charge per property or per user?
Per plan, not per property or per user within your plan's limit. Your Pro plan covers up to 6 properties, and you can add team members (cleaners, co-hosts) at no extra cost.
Does StayReady integrate with Airbnb and VRBO?
Yes. We connect directly to your Airbnb and VRBO calendars. Turnovers are auto-scheduled the moment a booking is confirmed — no manual entry needed.
