1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using StayReady ("the platform," "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. "You" means the individual or entity using StayReady.

2. Description of service

StayReady is a software-as-a-service platform that helps independent short-term rental hosts manage cleaning schedules, turnover checklists, supply tracking, maintenance, and profitability reporting. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• One person or entity may not operate multiple free accounts.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

• Free plan — available at no cost for one property, with no time limit, subject to the feature limits of that tier.
• Free trial — paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Billing — paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Renewals — subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refunds — we do not offer refunds for partial months. Contact us at hello@stayready.company if you believe a charge was made in error.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter into StayReady. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

StayReady and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayReady and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends and we will retain your data for 90 days in case you return.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StayReady is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
